Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

This Agreement is between you and Expert Credit Care, LLC, its past, present, or future parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, assignees, successors, and their respective agents, employees, directors, officers, partners, and members (whether acting in their corporate or individual capacity) ("ECC," "we" or "us"), with a principal place of business in Findlay, OH. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio and the obligations, rights, and remedies of the parties hereunder shall be determined in accordance with such laws.

Service

The Credit Repair Kit, by Expert Credit Care is a downloadable educational product that includes credit improvement tips and over 100 dispute letter templates to help you identify and dispute inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information in your credit reports. This kit is designed to provide you with the tools and knowledge to understand and manage your credit repair process.

We make every effort to assist in ensuring the accuracy of the information and to clearly explain your options. However, we do not provide legal advice (i.e., the application of the law to your individual circumstances). For legal advice, please consult an attorney.

Security

ECC operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and encryption protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers.

Information We Gather and Track

ECC collects limited personal information from our users:

1. Basic contact information including name, phone number, and email address. This information is not shared or used for any marketing purposes whatsoever.
2. Information ECC gathers through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. This information allows us to better tailor our content to readers' needs and to help us better understand the demographics of our audience.
   
   

Usage Tracking

ECC tracks user traffic patterns. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. ECC does break down overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser). ECC sometimes tracks the search terms that users enter in public search engines, which generate a "click through", but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine the effectiveness of individual search terms.

Cookies

We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. ECC uses cookies to track user traffic patterns (as described above). You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. If you've set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning message with each cookie. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use this site.

Your Consent

By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by ECC. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

Public Safety and Legal Process

We will not share information about individual users with any third party, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
