Terms and Conditions

At Expert Credit Care, LLC (“Company”), we are committed to helping you achieve real credit improvement through The Credit Repair Kit™ (“Product”). We stand by our system and offer a 60-day, results-based money-back guarantee under the following terms and conditions:

 

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the purchaser (“Customer”) must:

  1. Obtain a personal credit report from at least one of the three major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion) within 21 days of purchase.
  2. Implement at least one credit improvement strategy from The Credit Repair Kit™ or dispute at least one negative item with a credit bureau within the first 30 days.
  3. Provide reasonable proof of effort, including dispute letters, submission confirmations, or other documentation showing the steps taken.

 

What Qualifies as “Credit Improvement”?

If, after 60 days, you see no positive change in your credit score or credit report from at least one major bureau, you are eligible for a full refund.
A positive change includes:

  • An increase in your credit score, regardless of the amount.
  • Removal or correction of a negative item.
  • Improved credit utilization ratio, as reflected on your updated report.

 

Verification Process

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Submit a request to customercare@expertcreditcare.com within ten (10) days after the 60-day period ends.
  2. Include the following documentation:
    • Proof that you accessed your credit report within 21 days of purchase.
    • Documentation of your credit repair efforts (dispute letters, submission confirmations, etc.).
    • A copy of your original credit report and an updated credit report from the same bureau showing no improvement.

The Company will review all submitted documents before approving a refund.

 

Exclusions & Limitations

A refund will not be granted if:

  • You fail to take the required steps within the specified timeframe.
  • Your credit score does not improve due to external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
    • Late payments, collections, or new derogatory marks.
    • Increased debt or changes in credit utilization.
    • Bankruptcy filings or legal judgments.
  • You initiate a chargeback or payment dispute before completing the refund process.

 

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days to your original payment method.

 Partial Refund Option:

  • If you made a good-faith effort but did not meet all eligibility requirements, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund instead of a full one.
